           As the Pathways Office Associate, Kelly oversees the operation of front desk procedures for the Pathways Office. She meets with students to ensure wellness and provide support through positive interactions. She is instrumental with assisting the International Admission Team with document imaging and special projects. She reviews 5th week assessments with Pathways students to discuss grades, attendance guidelines, and assists with scheduling tutors when applicable. She provides administrative support to the Assistant Pathways Director.

          Kelly is a graduate of L.V. Berkner High School in Richardson Texas. Her 40 years of customer service has prepared her for her support role with the WKU Pathways.
