Student Wellness Coordinator
Alicia received her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech. During graduate school, Alicia became a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and small group training coach. She began her employment as the Student Wellness Coordinator in August 2017. She is thrilled to help students learn how to improve their health and wellness, in hopes they aid in creating a future culture of wellbeing. In her spare time she loves to exercise, experiment in the kitchen, and be outdoors.
