Renew and Choose Your On-Campus Housing for 2017-2018
Stay in your current room or find a new one, the choice is up to you! You can renew your housing on Topnet, February 14-March 31.
Depending on your preference, there are specific days and times set aside to enter "My Housing" in Topnet to select your room. Follow the schedule below to find out the time and date you need to choose your room. Click on the links in the calendar to receive more instructions.

Housing Changes Beginning Fall 2017
Exciting changes are happening for students living in WKU residence halls. Keep these changes in mind when renewing your housing:
- Southwest Hall will be the honors upperclassman residence hall.
- McLean and Bates Runner Halls will become general population, upperclassmen
- Bates Runner Hall will be an extended living hall

Priority for Honors College residents is calculated using their honors credits, not earned hours. Honors credits are:
- Rising Freshmen: 0-9
- Rising Sophomores: 10-18
- Rising Juniors: 19-27
- Rising Seniors: 28+
Make Changes to Your Room Assignment
"My Housing" on Topnet will stay open until March 31 at 4:00 p.m. Once you have made your initial room assignment, you can go back in to "My Housing" and make changes until it closes. You will receive a confirmation notice on Topnet as well as an email sent to your WKU email account notifying you of whichever action you took. After March 31, all requests for room changes can be submitted through the room change request link on Topnet.
