The Eighth Annual "Lighten Your Load" was a great success!
At the end of every spring semester, WKU Housing & Residence Life provides students with the opportunity to donated unwanted clothing, food, and household items before they move out of the residence halls for the summer. Large boxes are provided in every lobby to collect the items. Housing and Residence Life staff collect, sort, count, and deliver the items to the Bowling Green Housing Authority. The items are given at no cost to individuals in the Bowling Green community who are in need.
