So meet us in the lobby between 7-9am on the first day of classes for free granola bars and bananas to get your brain in gear for class! Don’t forget to set an alarm and we will see you there!

Meet your new/returning staff members, Resident Assistants, and Hall Director while you chow down on some pancakes or simply come catch up with your friends. Go Bananas..Go Go Bananas! Keen Kong is going Bananas for Study hours! The Keen floors are competing against each other to see who can get the most study hours at the TLC (located in Keen Hall on the first floor) all you have to do is go to the TLC, Swipe your card, and WIN!

Did you know that you can turn a 300/400 level course for your major or minor into an Honors Course? Come and learn how at our Honors Augmentation Workshop, Tuesday, January 24^th, Bates Hall Classroom, 4-5 pm.

Returning to school is an exciting time after a long Winter break.  Come to the 7^th floor elevator lobby on Tuesday, January 24 at 7:15 pm to catch up with your floor mates, review the policies of living on campus and of course eat some yummy snacks!

Dine on your choice of pancakes as we dance the night away in the Southwest main lobby Wednesday, January 25th at 8:00 PM.  You’ll get the chance to mingle with your fellow Southwest Hall residents, while also getting acquainted with the new and improved hall staff. On top of that, you can play your choice of Dance Central games on the Xbox Kinect.  So, come on down and get “Kinect”ed in more ways than one!

Cookie chat is an opportunity for you to express how you overcame 8:00 AM and Friday classes.  Come learn from your fellow residents about how to have a successful semester.  The event will be on January 25^th at 8:15 PM in the PFT 8^th floor study lounge.

Men and women of WKU are invited to come discuss questions and share some pizza.  Males and females will be split into two groups to find common questions to ask each other.  This event will happen on January 26^th from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM on the PFT 27^th floor.

Everyone needs a quiet place to study.  If you’re having trouble keeping the TV off, staying away from Facebook, or dealing with a disruptive roommate, come to the Zacharias back lounge every Monday night from 8-10PM beginning January 30^th.  Make sure to have your WKU ID to sign in at the front desk.  Coffee, juice, and light snacks will be provided.  Start strong, finish strong!

Academic Warning, Dismissal, Probation…what do all of these terms mean?!  Come to the Bemis Lawrence Fishbowl on Tuesday, January 31 at 7:00pm to learn what these terms mean, as well as a way to make sure you never see these terms again!  Don’t let these words haunt you this semester, come to Bemis and create a plan for success!

Who will be the last one standing? Join us in the Poland community room at 8:30 PM on January 31st, to play Marshmallow Assassin, as well as learn how to avoid some not-so-sweet scenarios.

When your notebook looks like everyone else’s notebook, you lose your notebook. When you lose your notebook, you get mad. When you get mad, you scream. When you scream, you break quite hours. Ready, Set, Goal!! Post your goals for the Spring semester on the Northeast Ready, Set, Goal board located in the Northeast Hall lobby starting January 23^rd until January 31^st.  It’s never too early to begin planning your road to success for Spring!
