How to Submit a Maintenance Request
There are several ways for you to submit a maintenance request.
Choose from the following options to report an issue in your residence hall:
You will be required to set up an account on the InSite reporting system before submitting a request for the first time (instructions below).
Once you submit a request, you will receive a confirmation email and status updates.
Visit the InSite Maintenance Sign Up Page
Specify "I am NOT a Member of Maintenance Connection" and click OK.
When prompted for a connection key, enter: 67676044
Fill out the member profile information page and click OK
Use your WKU email to sign-up
Member ID Format: First Initial + Last Name
Password must be at least 6 characters
Once you finish the sign up process, you will receive an email stating that you need approval.
You will receive another email when your account has been processed.
*It is very important that you remember your username and password. Three attempts utilizing the wrong password will permanently lock you out of the system.

Emergency Maintenance After Business Hours
Call University Police at 270-745-2548
Examples of Emergency Issues:
- Broken windows and doors
- Burning odors, smoke, and/or fire
- Flooding or uncontrollable leaks
- No Power
Examples of Non-Emergency Issues:
- Light bulb replacement
- Pest control
- Minor Leaks
