Nick Struck
- Admissions Counselor

My Role in the Honors College

I serve as the point person for things Honors College admissions-related. In this role, I have the opportunity to travel around the region recruiting prospective high school students. I'm available to answer questions, provide guidance, and advise as needed for any student interested in joining the MHC. Is there anything better than talking about the Honors College all day? I don't think so.

Hobbies and Interests

I love to write (mostly playwriting and poetry), read, travel, hike, and spend time with my friends & family.

What Brought Me to the HC

In my time as a student at WKU, the Honors College served as a home for me - it was a place where I could explore my creativity, research projects, study abroad, and be part of a thriving community of scholars. Coming from sixteen years of experience in theatre, I was able to develop a love for leadership, communication, and creating opportunities. I realized my passion to help students succeed and discover their own educational goals, and decided that returning to the MHC just felt right. It felt like coming home.

A Little About Myself

I love dinosaurs! Stop by office to say hey and grab a piece of chocolate from the T-Rex cookie jar. We can also talk about dinosaurs, too.
