The Mahurin Honors College’s Annual First-Year Orientation Retreat (H4) is a four-day program for first-year Honors students. The event is held at Deer Run Retreat Center, located in Thompson’s Station, Tenn.
During your time at the camp, you will learn what to expect as an MHC scholar, know whom to go to for information and advice and surround yourself with peers who will support you throughout your collegiate career. The Mahurin Honors College is committed to creating positive learning opportunities by encouraging community building, academic excellence, leadership development, and the WKU spirit!

March 29-30 - Direction Leader Interviews
March 31 - Direction Leader Selection
April 12-20 - Counselor Interviews
April 24 - Counselor Decisions Announced
May 1 - Camper Application Opens
Aug - Attend camp at Deer Run Retreat Center (2024 dates TBD)
