H4-Honors First-Year Orientation Retreat

H4 2022 will take place August 8-11, 2022

The H4 Camper Application is now live.

The Mahurin Honors College’s Annual First-Year Orientation Retreat (H4) is a four-day program for first-year Honors students. The event is held at Deer Run Retreat Center, located in Thompson’s Station, Tenn.

During your time at the camp, you will learn what to expect as an MHC scholar, know whom to go to for information and advice and surround yourself with peers who will support you throughout your collegiate career.  The Mahurin Honors College is committed to creating positive learning opportunities by encouraging community building, academic excellence, leadership development, and the WKU spirit!

Meet Your 2022 H4 Counselors

Extended H4 Programming

During the week in between H4 and M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan, those interested in sororities will have the opportunity to participate in fall recruitment.  These events typically take place in the afternoon/evening, so we encourage all scholars to attend events during the day, and we welcome those not interested in sororities to the evening community sessions.
