AdmissionsThe Honors College encourages all qualified high school senior applicants to apply to the Honors College by the priority deadline of December 1. Honors College applications are considered for competitive admission in the incoming freshman class of 325 students on a rolling basis, and current or transfer students on a space-permitting basis.

Current WKU students and transfer students are evaluated on a space availability basis. View the requirements for transfer admission.
Beginning Fall 2016, students admitted to the Honors College will be charged a membership fee used to support intellectual and social programming, scholarships and additional resources for Honors scholars.
Honors College applicants must first be admitted to WKU for general admission. Remember to complete your WKU Application for Admission early. Learn more on the admissions website.
