Individual Personal Training:

Personal Training provides the highest level of one on one service and member interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions. Packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Buddy Personal Training:

“Buddy” Training is a group personal training in a semi-private setting (usually 2-3 clients). Buddy Personal Training provides the highest level of group training interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with each member of the group to meet individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Anna Simic

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Anna is a sophomore in the College of Teacher Education at WKU. Her passion for fitness motivates her to help others by exposing them to all the wonderful benefits of exercise. Anna likes to work with a wide range of clients who have various fitness goals. She loves assisting  clients in achieving the most from their workouts by perfecting their form and executing the most effective exercises that apply to their goals. She likes to get creative and is always down to take a workout outdoors.

NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer

Keaton is a junior from Burlington, Kentucky majoring in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy.  Upon graduation, he is seeking his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He gained a passion for fitness and healthcare from playing football in high school. He has worked with a wide range of clients assisting them with a variety of fitness goals. He is always trying to learn new techniques and new exercises, so you will have something new to challenge you each session. He makes it a goal each session to ensure you have the best experience possible.

I was born in Peru but I've been living in the United States for 18 years. I lived in NJ before coming to Louisville, Kentucky. Now I live in Bowling Green and I'm a senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. I have a passion for lifting weights and playing sports in my off days. I was in the Kentucky National Guard for 6 years. I really got into working out while I was deployed to Djibouti, Africa. I used to sacrificed my sleep to go to the gym at least 4 days a week for 1 hour. After a 9 month deployment, when I came home and I noticed how my body changed that's when I decided I too can help out other people change their bodies as well. After class, I always look forward to go to the gym. My goal in life is to be an Athletic Trainer for a professional soccer team.

Hayley is a sophomore from Georgetown, Kentucky majoring in Journalism and minoring in Physical Education. She devoted her life to fitness after tearing her ACL playing basketball as a junior in high school. Since then her passion for fitness and sharing her story has only grown. Hayley enjoys pushing others beyond their goals and assisting them in creating their own story through health and fitness. Besides running outside, you won’t only see her getting creative in the gym, you may also see her with a camera in hand fostering her love for photography. Sweat, sunshine and seeing others excel are what brings her the most joy.

Daniella is a second year Student Affairs Master's student from Los Angeles, California. She graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Daniella's passion for fitness began in high school when she herself had a personal trainer. This led to her working at the on-campus gym in undergrad, where she created the personal training program at CLU during her time as a fitness supervisor. Since then, her excitement and enthusiasm for health and fitness has grown as she is pursuing a professional career in this field as she is WKU’s Student Wellness Graduate Assistant. When she’s not telling people about WellU® or lifting weights, Daniella enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and hanging out with friends.

ACE Nutrition Specialist

Kayce has been Personal Training for a couple years. Although she played a few sports in High School, she had never really cared for fitness.  In her 20’s she decided to become more active.  She started running and asking for exercise equipment for Christmas and Birthday presents.  Kayce moved to Bowling Green from St. Louis in 2012, and that bumped up her fitness enthusiasm.  She started taking classes and joined a bootcamp group.  Kayce decided that helping people get healthier is what she wanted to do with her life.  She loves training people, helping them reach their goals, and do things they never thought they could do.  When she's not in the gym, she is out hiking, running, fishing or shooting archery with family.

 

John FinchJohn Finch PT

NASM Certified Personal Trainer

 

John is from Bowling Green, Kentucky. He is currently a junior majoring in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy.  He plans to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy upon graduation. His love for lifting was developed during his high school football years. He loves learning about proper techniques of exercise.   His goal is to help you reach your goals, while having fun doing It!
