Graduand Ceremony

May 2017 Graduand Ceremony

The Graduand Ceremony is a pre-commencement or pre-graduation ceremony for students who have completed one-fourth of their degree at WKU Glasgow. The ceremony honors students for their academic achievement.

The Graduand Ceremony is hosted at the Glasgow Plaza Theatre every semester for those students graduating in the fall or spring.

Every semester, WKU Glasgow selects a keynote speaker as well as a graduating student speaker. Additionally, students will also be congratulated by the Provost of Western Kentucky University and the Chancellor of WKU Glasgow.

On behalf of everyone at WKU Glasgow, we encourage classmates, friends, and family of graduating students to come out and see what the Graduand Ceremony is all about.

The Graduand Ceremony will be on Thursday, November 30, 2017, and begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Glasgow Plaza Theatre.

For more information about the Graduand Ceremony, contact John Roberts at john.roberts@wku.edu or at (270) 861-6984.
