Applying to and Visiting the Geology Program
Become a Geology Student
To get started with Geology in either the undergraduate or graduate program, you first
need to register through the Admissions office. There you can select your incoming status (first time, transfer, graduate student,
etc.)
Once you have registered and have received your WKU ID number (e.g. 800 ## ###), you
can start your orientation.
Upon your arrival at WKU, you will go through an orientation and Ogden College of
Science and Engineering meeting. At the end of that meeting, a Geology Professor will
be there to pick you up for advising. At that point you may declare Geology as your
major.
See you then!
