The Kentucky Folklife Program and Department of Folk Studies and Anthropology, in conjunction with WKU’s International Year of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will present a Bosnian coffee demonstration on Wednesday, March 7th from 4:00 – 5:00 pm at WKU’s Faculty House. If you missed the Fall 2017 event, this is your chance!

Join us as Senida Husić, Dženana Kadrić, and Sanida Palavra prepare Bosnian coffee and discuss the importance of coffee and ćejf to Bosnian culture and tradition. No RSVP needed for this free, family-friendly event.

For directions to the Faculty House, check out WKU’s Campus Map.

This program is part of a wider calendar of events that the Kentucky Folklife Program is preparing as part of the exhibit “A Culture Carried: Bosnians in Bowling Green“. This event is made possible with support from the National Endowment of the Arts.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Kentucky Folklife Program directly at (270) 745-4133. See you there!
