Introduction to Chinese Literature  

This program is delayed until Winter 2019.

 

Learning Objectives

By the end of the program, students should be able to:

  • To study a collection of literature that is representative of the lives, values, and philosophies of Chinese people.
  • To visit historical and scenic sites to help students relate the readings with the real environment, history, and people.
  • To visit Chinese universities so that students can interact with local students and discuss the readings that they learn.
  • To learn Chinese language through Chinese literature.
