Preparation

Planning to lead a program includes preparing to teach on-site.  This starts with approving your students for the course and goes all teh way through preparing to deal with situations not faced in a campus-based class.

How do I approve students applications?

What is the program-specific orientation?

Program-Specific Orientation

On-site success starts with a comprehensive program leader-led orientation that consists of one or more sessions with all program participants prior to departure.  The orientation is an excellent venue to deliver essential information.  Faculty leaders also find it effective to include this information in the course syllabi.  Download the guide from link below.
