Contact Us

Please fill out our Pick-up Request form - see Forms - Shipping & Receiving. Make sure that all information you provide is correct to ensure that we will get your package to its destination. Items shipped via FedEx must be in Shipping & Receiving by 1:30 p.m. and items shipped via UPS must be in Shipping & Receiving by 3:00 p.m.

We have a pre-calculated rate for UPS/FedEx shipments that is substantial savings over published rates. Please feel free to contact us for quotes.

After filling out the Pick-up Requests form, you can email us to let us know the urgency of the package.

Payments are made and billed through third party billing. The vendor must provide us with their account number or a shipping/call tag for the package.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a part of the process of returning and product in order to receive a refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period. It is just an identification process, this is not a payment system. The method of payment still has to be established to how this package will be shipped back.

We have our own tracking system with barcode. We use scanning devices to track all deliveries and pick-ups. Covering the existing label with our label eliminates the chance of scanning the wrong barcode and makes it easier for our delivery staff to see where the package goes.

If you see that the package is not yours while the package is being scanned, simply give it back to the Shipping & Receiving staff making the delivery. If you discover that the package is not yours after the Shipping & Receiving staff have left, call us and let us know.

Give us a call and provide us with information such as, your name, the department, the name on the package, where the package is coming from, the carrier, and the tracking number. We will try our best to accommodate your needs.
