Research

Research interests:

The impact of military, firefighter, and/or tactical physiological workload in different environmental conditions; occupational ergonomics and physiological outcomes; improvement of cardiovascular disease risk factors through methods of exercise programming.

Current projects:

  1. Effect of a simulated tactical occupational stressor and task complexity on reaction time. (In data collection)
  2. The impact of firefighter workload on physiological, biomechanical, and mental focus parameters in different environmental conditions. (In protocol development)
