A Search and Screen Committee should include a minimum of three people of at least 1 woman, 1 man and 1 minority (any individual who self-identifies as Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Asian, Black/African American, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander). In addition to employees affiliated with the department seeking to fill a vacancy, students and members of the community may also serve.
