At Western Kentucky University, faculty and staff are an important part of the Hilltopper Family. The University is dedicated to recruiting and attaining employees to serve in positions that advance our mission. The WKU Employment page serves as a key resource for individuals who seek to begin or continue their career at Western Kentucky University. Our University extends beyond Bowling Green to campus locations in Elizabethtown/Fort Knox, Glasgow and Owensboro. In addition to our excellent benefits, we offer a great experience. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs for Faculty and Staff
Zero to Two, and You is an orientation and transition program for new and young (zero to two years experience) professionals of color within the Division of Student Affairs.
The program involves monthly interactive drop-in meet-ups, one-on-one and multi-directional mentoring, and panel and small group discussions. Participants will further explore content delivered during the live meet-ups through private reflection, paired and small group conversation, and activities outside these sessions.
