Kentucky Counseling Association Award Recipients

 

KCA Summer School Scholarship 2015

Celebrating nineteen years, the KCA Summer School Scholarship Program has grown to be one of our most popular services.  Teaming together, the participating universities generously provide tuition grants for a summer class and KCA provides textbook grants to the deserving winners and one free year of student membership.

This year, Daymond Walton, a student in the Clinical Mental Health Program received this scholarship for his last semester in the WKU counseling program. He was awarded on May 16, 2015.

Outstanding Graduate Student Award

Ryan Dillon not only served as a graduate student representative to KCA during the 2014-2015 school year, the KCA Executive Council also presented him with the KCA Outstanding Graduate Student Award for professional excellence and volunteer service.

He was awarded by the KCA President, Dawn Rowe on November 7, 2015.
