Not Your Grandma's Bingo Game!

Grocery Bingo is a monthly program consisting of eight sessions throughout the school year covering various health topics through questions and facts associated with each bingo space. Students can win free groceries, toiletry items and prizes for winning one of the many rounds of bingo! Some of the topics covered are Exercise, Nutrition, Drugs&Alcohol, Sexual Health, Mental Health, and more!

September 24th Sleep  Join us while we bust some myths and learn about this important topic while playing bingo!   
October 15th Risk Prevention/Hygiene Living in the dorms and away from home can be rough! Let HEP teach you tips and tricks to maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle during your time at WKU. 
November 5th
Environmental Health
Not only is it important to know how you keep yourself healthy, but also how to keep our planet healthy! Join us to learn ways to become more environmentally friendly on The Hill! 

December 

Nutrition Discover the healthy options around campus and key nutrition facts to stay healthy. Join us while we unmask the realities of fad diets and what is really in the foods you are putting in your body. 
February  Exercise (Bingocize)
Drop and give us 10 while winning free groceries and blender bottles! Learn some awesome exercises/tips from the experts in WKU's Exercise Science club. Dress comfy, because this totally counts as your workout for the day!

March 

Mental Health  Can't even deal? Learn the ins and outs of mental health and the resources available to students on campus to help with the emotional aspects of college.
