Jacque is amazing. Let me preface my comments by saying that my mother is a massage therapist and I have had massages from dozens of different massage therapists over the years. Jacque is simply the best. She communicates clearly with regard to what is bothering you, what needs working on, and how deep or hard you want the massage to be. She has helped me through several seized and knotted muscular areas associated with injuries over the past several years. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to help them. If you have tension, knotted muscles, or a recurring injury that will respond well to massage therapy then Jacque will help you.

I am able to enjoy the work I do today due to the therapy I have received from the
Health and Fitness Lab at WKU. Several of my nerves were impinged due to repetitive
movement when I first began receiving deep tissue massage therapy from Jacqueline
Doyle. I was only able to sleep flat on my back in order to prevent numbness in my
thumbs and some of my fingers. It has been a slow process, but now I enjoy a full
range of motion in my daily activities and also enjoy a good night's rest in any position.
Jacqueline is licensed in neuro-muscular massage therapy. She was able to diagnose and treat my condition, as well as give me exercises to do at home. She is always positive and encouraging. I am able to perform my work without pain due to the therapy I have received from her.

I have been a regular customer of Jacque's for 2.5 years and see her for massage therapy every two weeks for a 90-minute deep tissue massage. I have worked with other massage therapists who focused on sports therapy but she is one of the best so I am grateful that I found her. She offers great pressure but doesn't torture me when a spot is tender. She offers a nice balance between working out tight/tender muscles while still creating a relaxing and healing experience. In addition to such positive experiences with my massages, the prices are great, especially when they run specials on their package deals! Sabrina and the other staff are very helpful and friendly so they will definitely take care of you if you decide to schedule your massage. You will have to pay for your massages in advance but can change them if you give enough notice in advance. However, I actually prefer booking all of my massages for the semester and paying for them at once; then I can just show up without dealing with payment each time.
Carolyn is GREAT! I was fortunate to be scheduled with her for my massage in early June. She warmly greeted me right on time, had fully reviewed my paperwork, and was prepared with specific questions regarding my needs and expectations for the appointment. Carolyn was great about making sure I was comfortable and that the room was suited to my individual preferences. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with relief in the specific areas (neck and shoulders) I’d mentioned. I’m already looking forward to a return visit and will be sure to request her!
