The Department of Counseling and Student Affairs at WKU is pleased to host a Suicide Assessment, Treatment and Management workshop which meets the KY State training requirements for LPCC continuing education. This workshop is meant for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors.

Jill Duba Sauerheber, PhD, LPCC, NCC, EMDR-Certified, Reality Therapy Certified, Gottman Couples Therapy Method Trained, Professor and Department Head. Jill has been a Professional Clinical Counselor since 1999; and has provided state licensure required trainings and over 75 professional conference workshops.
Cheryl Wolf, Ph.D., NCC, LPCA, GCDF, PHR, CHt, is an assistant professor at WKU where she teaches graduate-level counseling courses and serves as the clinical coordinator for student internship placements. She has conducted over 35 professional conference presentations and served five years of her clinical experience in a crisis center supervising counselors, working with clients in crisis or at risk of suicide, and counseling families who suffered losses of their loved ones due to accident or suicide.
