BingocizeBingocize

Bingocize®, created in 2011, is a proven health promotion program to maintain and improve quality of life in a variety of populations. Bingocize® strategically integrates exercise and health education into a fun game of bingo regardless of participants’ background, physical, or intellectual abilities. Bingocize® is currently implemented in all types of senior living facilities across the entire US. The focus of the program is to help reduce falls and engage older adults dealing with chronic physical and mental conditions.

We received multiple grant awards from organizations dedicated to improving the quality of care delivered to individuals living in senior living communities including the Kentucky Science and Engineering Foundation, the Retirement Research Foundation, and the US Department for Health and Human Services.  Our research has confirmed the following benefits of the program:

  • Improved gait
  • Improved lower and upper body muscle strength
  • Social engagement
  • Health knowledge
  • Patient engagement

Thank you for your interest in the Bingocize® training. We are confident you will enjoy the program and, most importantly, you will make a difference in your participants’ quality of life. Together we are changing lives.
