Workplace Communication, Undergraduate Certificate
Many employers view communication skills such as teamwork, problem solving, and conflict resolution as more important than the technical skills needed for different professions. The Certificate in Workplace Communication is designed to provide students with practical and meaningful skills required for workforce success.
This 18-hour program will arm students with skills to think critically, solve problems, and engage effectively with others; and it will be a marketable credential in the contemporary workplace.
