Greenview Regional Hospital, located in Bowling Green, KY, offers financial assistance to students who will be graduating from the Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) program at Western Kentucky University (WKU) through a competitive selection process. Scholarships will be offered to students in return of a two-year commitment to work at Greenview Regional Hospital upon graduation.

Applicants are selected based on academic achievement, interviews, employability, and a proven commitment to quality patient care. The recipients of the Greenview Regional Hospital Scholarships are: Samantha Robinson of Dubre, KY; Kenneth Fry of Bowling Green, KY; Angella Farmer of Campbellsville, KY; Megan Wood of Cave City, KY; and Jessica Houchins of Bowling Green, KY.

“On a personal note, I’ve wanted to work in the medical field since I was in middle school,” said scholarship recipient Angella Farmer, “I am very, very excited to join the team at Greenview”. Farmer is a junior at WKU, enrolled in the WKU Honors College, and in her first semester of the BSN program

“I am thankful to be selected as a recipient for this scholarship,” said scholarship recipient Megan Wood, “It is an honor to become part of the Greenview Regional Hospital family.” Wood is a senior at WKU and in her first semester of the BSN program.
