Kentucky Rural Health Association Hosts Kentucky Candidates Forum

The Kentucky Rural Health Association (KRHA) and co-sponsors Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky, Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians, Kentucky Hospital Association, Friedell Committee for Health System Transformation, Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse Midwives, Kentucky Medical Association, Kentucky Voices for Health, Kentucky Population Health Institute, and the Kentucky Primary Care Association will host a meet and greet session with all November Kentucky political candidates. The meet and greet session will be followed by Gubernatorial candidate speeches and audience Q & A sessions. The Kentucky Candidates Forum will take place at the 17th Annual Kentucky Rural Health Conference on September 18, 2015 at 11:30 am. Anyone wanting to attend the luncheon event at Western Kentucky University’s Knicely Conference Center must register before the event at www.kyrha.org.  Come meet the candidates, hear what they have to say, and let the voice of rural healthcare providers be heard.

Please contact KRHA Executive Director, Tina McCormick, with further questions at (270) 577- 1707 or email krha@twc.com.
