Reservation Guide


How to make a reservation: 

  1. To make a reservation, review our program options and our fees and policies. Then, fill out either the On-Site or Off-Site Reservation form, and email the completed form to meghan.loughry113@wku.edu or sean.sherwood@wku.edu. Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the desired program date and the 30%  non-refundable deposit must be submitted in order for the reservation to be confirmed
  2. Once a reservation is confirmed, the Group Leader will be sent a Group Leader packet. It is the responsibility of the group leader to complete the packet and get it back to WKU Challenge Course staff at least two business days prior to the scheduled program. 
  3. Be sure to review our "What to Expect Page" and share the necessary information with all of your participants.
