You spend a lot of time and energy providing your students with feedback on their assignments only to be disappointed when you don’t see them using your feedback. Why don’t students use your feedback? One reason is that the feedback might not be as effective as it could be. During this session, we’ll explore research on what students say are characteristics of high-quality feedback. You’ll also get an opportunity to identify quality feedback and construct your own high-quality feedback.
