Lens of Justice Film Series
This series is designed to engage the campus community in opportunities to learn about a social issue through a film viewing and panel discussion. Participants are encouraged to engage in dialogue following the film meant to inspire action.
This semester the Lens of Justice Film Series will feature An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, the follow-up to Former Vice President Al Gore's 2006 documentary An Inconvenient Truth. The film revisits and expands upon topics such as anthropogenic climate change, the Paris Agreement, and the power of humans to influence our world, for better or for worse.
After the film, CCSJ staff will facilitate a remote Q&A session with Al Gore. Be present to ask questions and challenge your understanding of what we as a global community can do to protect our future.
This event will be held on October 26th at 4:00 p.m. in the Gary Ransdell Hall Auditorium.
