212° Academy students Haley Graham, Virginia Stewart and Bella Wahbeh won the Young Authors contest for SOKY Book Fest and will be participating in Book Fest events this April.
Two students from WKU's Agriculture Department are named scholarship recipients from The Garden Club of Kentucky, Inc.
Seven WKU students were part of a nationwide effort to investigate viral diversity by sequencing and analyzing the genomes of bacteria-infecting viruses (bacteriophages) found in the environment.
Students, faculty, and staff from the Center for Human GeoEnvironmental Studies (CHNGES) and Department of Geography & Geology recently attended national conferences in Arkansas and Washington state.
Shelby Bandel, a graduate student in Psychological Sciences at WKU, is a recipient of a 2017 Graduate Research Scholarship from the American Psychological Foundation (APF) and the Council of Graduate Departments of Psychology.
