A Spiritual U

The spiritually well person explores spiritual concepts of themselves and others to discover the meaning and purpose in human existence. This involves using personal beliefs and values to choose actions and interpret how they view the world. Also, having healthy relationships with individuals with similar values may help you as a person.

Tips on Improving Spiritual Wellness

1. Spend time alone to clear your mind

2. Be conscious of the choices you make, knowing why you made that choice

3. Spend time defining personal values and ethics and making decisions  that complement them

3. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and try new things

4. Take a yoga, dance or meditation class

5. Participate in spiritual activities
