5k Treadmill Challenge
Date: December 1st - 7th
Location: Fitness Center in the Preston Center
Complete as many 5k's as possible, but only once per day! Must complete a full 5k (3.1 miles) for it to count. Miles don't round up either, eg. 4.2 miles still counts as one 5k. Go to the Fitness Center and run your way all the way to finals week!
You have to do this challenge ONCE to earn WellU® credit!
