Get up and move while learning all about ways to exercise and stay healthy! Discover the healthy options around campus and key nutrition facts to stay healthy. Join us while we unmask the realities of fad diets and what is really in the foods you are putting in your body. Don't forget your questions for the registered dietitian who will be joining us as well.
