This program is designed to give you the tools necessary to make sustainable health and fitness changes. With one-on-one coaching and group accountability, you will gain fitness and nutrition skills that will build a healthy lifestyle that feels effortless to execute and maintain.

HOW TO REGISTER: Registration begins on December 10, 2018 and runs through February 1, 2019

Visit the Health & Fitness Lab , Preston Center, Room 20A

Fill out the initial paperwork (PARQ+) and pay the fee

Schedule your first appointment


Students     $30

Faculty/Staff   $45

Community Members*  $60

Earn WellU Credit for participating!

You must complete at least 6 of 8 sessions to receive points.
