Troop Sessions at BC Aquatic Camp

Bear Creek Aquatic Camp offers a special combination of outdoors and service to Cadette, Senior and Ambassador troops in “The Giving Trees.” Troops will venture out of camp most mornings to work on pre-arranged service projects at Land Between the Lakes and in the local community. Our enthralling, enthusiastic, well-trained camp counselors will offer swimming, boating, songs and games while troop volunteers grab a shower and a little break. Adult troop volunteers will care for girls at night – a great fit for girls who are shy with new people or nervous about the outdoors. Click on the links below for more information and a registration form.

The Giving Trees - Session 1 - July 5-11; Session 2 July 13-19

Troop Sessions at Camp Pennyroyal

This summer, Pennyroyal is offering troop sessions designed to help Daisies through Cadettes – and their leaders – ease into camping. Leaders need no prior camp training or experience. Counselors will help girls complete some badge requirements depending on girls’ interests. Girls will play with troop friends all day and be cared for at night by the adult troop volunteers they already know and trust – a great fit for girls who are shy with new people or nervous about the outdoors. And we make it easy for adult troop volunteers, too! While the counselors lead your girls during the day, you’ll have the opportunity to take the trainings that prepare you to lead troop camping on your own.
