Jepson Family Farm began over 200 years ago in Simpson County KY. Today we are a multi-generational farm with the 6th and 7th generations actively participating in farm production based in Orlinda TN. Our 8th generation is coming on quickly as well. We farm land in Simpson County KY and Robertson County TN. We grow corn, soybeans, wheat and tobacco. We are on the cutting edge of farm technology and strive to maintain a professional business environment with open communication of one another's expectations with our team and the land owners we work for.

The Farm Land Manager is responsible for managing and participating in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of the land, buildings and facilities owned by Norton Realty and Norton Wetlands.
