What is your favorite time of year at WKU?
My favorite time of year at WKU is during the spring when the cherry trees blossom across campus. The 100 cherry trees honoring WKUs founder and first president surround WKUs campus making it beautiful during the spring semester.
Where are you from?
I am from Louisville, Kentucky.
What did you study in college?
As an undergraduate student at WKU, I studied Communication Sciences and Disorders. I am now a graduate student at WKU studying Speech Language Pathology.
Advice for new Hilltoppers?
My advice to new Hilltopper students would be to take advantage of every opportunity presented to you during your time as a Hilltopper student. WKU has multiple ways to get involved and it is the best way to meet your fellow classmates and make life-long friendships. My WKU friends are still to this day my closest friends!
What does the WKU experience mean to you?
My WKU experience has been a time to explore my own interests and to shape my own career. My WKU experience has provided me the skillset to conquer whatever life throws at me.
What I enjoy most about working in WKU Admissions:
As an Admissions Counselor, I love having the chance to work with high school students to share my love and memories of being a Hilltopper student.
