WKU has developed a schedule of on campus Zoom Rooms with wi-fi access so that commuter students can Zoom into synchronous class meetings immediately before or after face-to-face classes if time is tight. Non-commuters should have Zoom sessions in their residence halls.

Use the schedule below to seek multiple options for Zoom space based on the time of day.  First and second choices may not be available because a room may have reached capacity.

Students must:

• Not exceed the stated room capacity.
• Wear appropriate face coverings and maintain social distancing.
• Bring your own laptop unless you are in a computer lab.
• Use your own headset and respect room usage by peers.
• Clean work surfaces before and after use: 1) spray cleaner, 2) allow to sit 45 seconds, 3) wipe with paper towel.

• Never spray your keyboard directly with cleaner; spray paper towel and apply cleaner.

If a room capacity is exceeded, WKU reserves the right to close the space.
