Are you uncomfortable working out in front of other people or do you not have enough time to make it to the gym? The Health & Fitness Lab has a variety of fitness videos available for checkout and it's free to all members of The Raymond B. Preston Center. Members can checkout up to five videos at a time for a one week period, with an additional renewal week available upon request. All that we ask is that you return the videos on their due date so everyone can have a chance to enjoy! A late fee will be charged for all late videos.
