Aerobic Class Descriptions
 

Awesome Abs: (30 minutes) An intense toning class specifically designed for the abdominals and lower back.

Choice: (45 minutes) This is a great way to start the morning! You decide which class you want. Casey will give you three or four options and you get to decide what you want to do that day.

Circuit: (60 minutes) Aerobic activity will vary and be interspersed with toning exercises. This class is never boring!

Gut/Butt: (30 minutes) An intense toning class mainly targeting the abs, glutes, and legs.

Hi/Lo: (60 minutes) This class combines  high and low intensity aerobics to form an awesome workout. You are sure to love this class!

Intro to Yoga: (30 minutes) This 30-minute class will show you the basic stances and poses making you familiar with the names of each. If you have never tried yoga this class would be great for you to try!

Kickboxing: (60 minutes) A full body, awesome workout that combines kicks and punches to improve balance, coordination, strength and endurance.

Power Water Aerobics: (60 minutes) A challenging, low impact, aerobics class incorporating water tools for maximum work and fun. NO SWIMMING IS REQUIRED!

Resist-A-Ball: (30 minutes) This class uses the stability balls to increase core strength all the while improving balance and flexibility.

Step: (60 minutes) A fun and challenging aerobic workout combining innovative choreography while utilizing the step.

Toning: (60 minutes) This is primarily a weight training class. Designed to shape and form muscles.

X-treme Cycle: (45-60 minutes) An indoor cycling class involving the use of a stationary bicycle. An instructor leads the group through an imaginary course, on an imaginary journey, while participants control their own intensity. Instructors may choose to use music, lighting and videos to enhance the overall experience.

Yoga: (60 minutes) This is a great class if you are looking to relax while you work your body. This class works on your flexibility while concentrating on breathing and relaxation.
