Personal Wellness Profile (PWP)
*COST:   Students- $10, Fac/Staff- $15, Community- $25


A health risk appraisal combined with a modified exercise assessment to assess current health and fitness status, identify personal health risks and recommend life-style changes to reduce risks. A 14-page computer report and individual consultation are included.

To provide a comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment based on the most current scientific guidelines for optimal health from leading health research organizations.

To motivate individuals with positive, practical recommendations for lifestyle improvement.

To facilitate proactive population health management by providing the information management foundation for a complete wellness and prevention system. 


Lifestyle & Health Factors

Overall Wellness Assessment, Physical Fitness, Eating Habits, Heart Health, Cancer Risk, Body Composition, Stress and Coping, Alcohol, Tobacco, Medications and Drugs, Osteoporosis, Safety, and Preventive Exams.
