• Enhancing the external profile of the Department particularly with High Schools.

• Developing and enhancing industrial contacts of the Department.

• Facilitating industrial grants and funding.

• Facilitating consulting opportunities for faculty members.

• Facilitating the Department’s external assessment process (when required).

• Recruitment and issues relating to recruitment of students.

• Collecting and maintaining data sets for accreditation purpose.

• Liaising with Professional organizations (e.g., IEEE, ACM) and facilitating accreditation processes (e.g., ABET/CAC).

• Maintaining and enhancing Departmental Websites and other publicity materials

• TCCW building re-modeling project

• Manage internship availability and placement

• Engage CS Department Alumni and conduct yearly CS Alumni TechFest
