Dr. Jack
Roberston
is professor emeritus from Washington State University. Dr. Robertson's
publications span several areas, including topology, convexity, graph
theory,
fair division, and mathematics
education.
His books include Locally Convex Spaces, The CALC Handbook, and
Cake-Cutting
Algorithms: Be Fair if You Can.
Dr. Robertson received the
Burlington Northern Faculty Excellence Award from Washington State
University and the Distinguished Teaching Award from the Pacific
Northwest Section of the Mathematics Association of America.
Martin
Bohner, University of Missouri-Rolla
Dynamic
Equations on Time Scales
Dr. Martin
Bohner
of the University of Missouri-Rolla works in several areas of applied
mathematics.
His books include "Dynamic Equations on Time Scales, An
Introduction
with Applications" and "Advances in Dynamic Equations on Time
Scales".

CENTRAL WING (TCCW) on the Western Kentucky University

DIRECTION:Directions
from I-65 Exit 22 to WKU Thompson Complex Central Wing (TCCW): Take
I-65
Exit 22. Go west on Hwy 231 (= Scottsville Rd = Broadway St =
12th
St, atvarious blocks). The hotels are accessible from traffic
light
#12 (right for Drury, left for Baymont). To WKU, continue on Hwy
231 west past traffic lights 11, 10, . . . , 2, 1, andgo one
traffic
light further (this would have been #0 if it were labeled). Turn
left onto Chestnut Street. Go about 2 blocks to flashing yellow light
at
a pedestrian crossing between a parking lot
on the left and Thompson Complex and the new Engineering Building on
the
right. Use this parking lot. TCCW will be the tallest building
visible.
