Matter is anything that takes up space.
The three states of matter are solids, liquids, and gases!
SC-04-1.1.1- Students will explain how matter, including water, can be changed from one state to another. Students will research through completing webquests, interactive websites, videos, and informational readings to understand how matter can be changed from one state to another and if it is a physical or chemical change. They will then research about different types of matter and decide the property of each matter before it is heated and after it is heated. They will also decide if this is a chemical change or a physical change.
