Announcements

March 17, 2009--We're happy to announce our first new grantor for 2009: The Kentucky College Access Network in collaboration with the Prichard Committee and the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education! Thanks, KentuckyCAN!

March 16, 2009--Planning has begun for the 2009 WKLT Summer Camp! The first kids' camp meeting will be Friday, March 20 at 4:00 p.m.; and the first women's camp meeting will be Thursday, March 26 at 4:00 p.m. For more information, please contact Melissa (kids' camp) or Michelle (women's camp) through our "Staff" link, above.

February 12, 2009--We are happy to announce and welcome Melissa Rickman to the Women's Studies camp staff. This is Melissa's second year with the camp and her first year as camp coodinator. Contact Melissa through our "Staff" link, above.

January 6, 2009--Happy New Year! A special New Year's thanks to Dollar General for their continued support of WKLT, raising their sponsorship to $7,500!

July 31, 2008--Michelle Glorioso will be serving as Camp Coordinator for the 2009 camp. This is Michelle's fourth year with the camp and her sixth year with the Women's Studies Program.

August 15, 2009--Please join us in welcoming Dawn Hall to the Women's Studies Program as Interim Director for the 2009-2010 academic year. Information about scholarships and giving to the WKLT Camp can be directed to her. <email Dawn Hall>
