For our third volume, I to I: Life Writing by Kentucky Feminists, we invited contributions of essays/personal narratives. Requirements were that the writer was either born in or had lived in Kentucky for at least three years. The essays selected were by women from a broad range of ages (23-80+) and backgrounds. Most currently reside in Kentucky. The result? Some amazing "life writing" that's impossible to put down.
I to I, as well as the other two books in the series, will make the perfect gift for your family and friends.

Other books in the Kentucky Feminist Writers Series:
# 1:
WRITING WHO WE ARE: Poems by Kentucky Feminists , the first in the series (first printing 1999), was a success! The editors, Elizabeth Oakes and Jane Olmsted, have extended the book into a series entitled KENTUCKY FEMINIST WRITERS SERIES.  This series will provide an excellent opportunity for Kentucky writers to have their original works published.

# 2:

The second volume, TELLING STORIES: Fiction by Kentucky Feminists was
published in November, 2001. The stories were selected submissions from across Kentucky, and the book has been a huge success.
