Brandi Breden, RDN, LD received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in
Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 2008. She enrolled at St. Louis University where she completed her dietetic
internship in 2009. Brandi received a certification of training in Food Allergies through her membership from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics - the world’s largest organization of food and nutritional professionals.
