Certification Request Form

Dont' forget to turn in your Certification Request Form AFTER you register for classes. It is now submitted through your TOPNET account. When you log into your TOPNET account, click on the Financial Aid tab and the Veteran Certification Request Form is at the bottom of the list.
This form MUST be submitted each semester that you wish to be certified to VA.
