WKU Ultimate - Emperor Penguins

The WKU Ultimate Sports Club is open to any full or part-time student at Western Kentucky University. No previous Ultimate knowledge is required. If you'd simply like to come out and play with us, we'd love to have you. We need all the warm bodies we can get! One form needs to be filled out if you wish to play with us on a regular basis, and especially if you plan on going to tournaments. It is in .pdf format, so if you don't have Adobe Acrobat, get it here. Type into the fields provided, and then hit print. You cannot save your work on this thing, so print it out, sign your name and bring it to practice. We'll take care of the rest.
